Implementation of a wireless network requires intimate knowledge of the technology, equipment (hardware, software), information technology. Leveraging an outside experienced wireless Project Manager allows internal staff to focus on their primary responsibilities, while gaining a wide range of expertise. Project Manager's primary duties include: - Coordination of all project tasks and resources
- Management of the project from the beginning to end
- Track the project
- Maintain project plan
- Provide progress report
- Document deviation and assess impact
- Report problems and time delay
- Maintain and acquire client's approval for job change orders
