Jacques A. Gaspard – Founder, Senior Consultant
Mr. Gaspard is the founder and managing director of The Lionheart Group (TLG), LLC. He has a wealth of domestic and international telecommunications experience encompassing network design, technical planning, strategic planning/management and business development. He has more than 20 years of experience in the build-out and operations wireless and wireline networks. Mr. Gaspard began his career with the Sprint Corporation holding positions in operations and sales, after three years he joined Nortel Networks Corporation. His career at Nortel Networks spanned over 16 years holding various positions in service operations, technical support and business development. While at Nortel Mr. Gaspard held several leadership positions leading a technical service team providing post-sales and account management support to Verizon and other operators in the Northeast region; and as Account Management Director supporting sales activities of wireline networks, GSM and CDMA wireless networks in the Caribbean region and Bermuda; More recently, as Managing Director at HaiTel International Corporation, a CDMA wireless service provider in the Republic of Haiti. Mr. Gaspard served as chief executive for the day-to-day operations and sales development activities of the business.
Mr. Gaspard has extensive knowledge and background in the telecommunications industry, specifically, in business development, project management and domestic and international business management. Mr. Gaspard holds a Bachelor of Science degree from IONA College, and presently holds membership in various professional groups and actively participates in discussions and continuing education to identify and incorporate new and proven process improvement techniques for effective leadership and organizational management development.
